I know you are busy, so I did not want you to miss this one. Microsoft has just released a patch for a serious vulnerability in Windows.
The official patch and description:
MS14-066: Vulnerability in SChannel could allow remote code execution: November 11, 2014
In short, if you have a windows machine that is exposed to the Internet, you will want to get it patched asap. Specifically if you have IIS running with SSL, it could be used to remotely execute anything an attacker wants.
