When IntellIAdmin asks for a username and password by default it is asking for a windows administrator password (Unless you changed the settings on your agent)
This username and password is the windows administrator account on the computer you are trying to control. It is probably the same exact account you use to login to that machine when it is turned on.
If you are positive that you are typing the correct username and password, and it still keeps prompting you. There are two possibilities:
1. Newer versions of windows require that you have a password before
connecting. If the remote machine has no password set, you may not be
able to connect until you set one
2. The domain should be left empty if you are not part of a windows
domain
